Here you will want to copy from and including row 3. However, you may want to have the scores from columns E onwards. Also there is no identification number showing here. If leave it like that, you will have more work to do when the import is made. So copy and paste into column B leaving an empty column for the number and insert blank columns to move the scores data (if you want it) to column H:

Please note you should give a name to every column.

Hint - we have been told that the names that come back are often wrong. There is no point in wasting time changing them - just ensure the number is correct.
