User Levels can be set from the User Levels form which is accessible from the System Manager’s menu. Access levels go from 0 (any user) up to 100 (System Manager) and any number of levels can be allocated in between. It makes sense to allocate them at intervals of 10 to begin with so that other intermediate levels can be added later if required.
Normally those who will be adding and editing data a great deal (Secretaries and Administrators) will require a high level of access.
