SchoolBase® allows you to configure the output style of timetables by setting output format parameters. To access these click on the Output format tab of the Timetable menu.

Staff output style - this is how the name of the teacher is displayed on the timetable.  Options are the address name (e.g. Mr R H Bishop), the mnemonic (e.g. RHB) or the user name (e.g. Bob Bishop) or nothing at all

Staff subject output style - this is how the subject is displayed on staff timetables. Options are the name of the group (e.g. Yr11Eng1), the subject name (e.g. English), the subject code (e.g. ELG) or nothing at all.

Pupil output style - this determines how the pupil's name is displayed (when that is relevant). Options are the report name, surname first or forename first.

Pupil subject output style - this is how the subject is displayed on pupil timetables. Options are the name of the group (e.g. Yr11Eng1), the subject name (e.g. English), the subject code (e.g. ELG) or nothing at all.

Room output style - this is how the name of the room is displayed. Options are the Room Name or nothing at all.

Separator - This is the separator between the Subject, Teacher and Room and can be either a colon, a backslash, a space or a carriage return.
