You can look at a set of tracks across a group of pupils by clicking the Tracking list button on the Assessment Menu. You can now produce a spreadsheet showing the progress of any number of selected years for any number of selected subjects over any number of selected tracks. This is potentially a very powerful tool which many schools do not exploit fully. Here are the steps you might use to track the Biology results and assessments over a period of time for Year 10.

1. Place a tick against each of the assessments or tests for the relevant period. The All and None buttons allow you to select all assessments or de-select them all.
2. Select Biology from the Analyse dropdown. (This is a multiple dropdown so you could if you wish select more than one subject for analysis.)
3. Select Year 10 from the From years dropdown. (Again you could select multiple years if you wish.)
4. Click the Analyser button.

You can also look at the detail of any particular track by clicking the Detail button next to the selected track.
