When allocating rooms for a particular teacher you may want to locate several lessons in the same room even though it was not worth setting this as the default room for the teacher. This can be handled via the Rooming button (found under Support Functions on the Basics tab of the Timetable Menu). In the example shown below the four marked lessons for the teacher whose initials are EC are being located in Room C. The sequence is:
- select the member of Staff – their teaching periods will then appear
- click on each lesson you want to change – it turns pink
- select the room
- click on the Change button (NOT Change all)
To move ALL lessons to the same room, click the Change all button.
