This form it is built into the Timetable itself, which is found in the Main Forms tab of the Timetable Menu. PLEASE NOTE: before doing this you should click the Rebuild Availability button under Covers | Suspended Lessons and Housekeeping. This creates an entry for each free lesson.

Please note: if you select the Just available time option lessons which have been designated as unavailable (code 0) will not appear. Use the Available Time button to locate the available lessons for a particular member of staff.
