This form opens when you click on the Free time codes button on the Frees and Covers section of the Basics tab of the Timetable Menu. It shows a list of codes which can be assigned to a teacher's non-teaching lessons. You can allocate as many different codes as you wish. Code 7 is the default code and all free lessons are initially allocated this code. This takes place when you click on the Staff free button on the Build & Create section of the Basics tab of the Timetable menu. Priority 0 means that this may not be used under ANY circumstances and will not appear on the list of available staff. Then 1 is used to denote first choice through to 254 which will be the last choice. First Cover, Second Cover and Third Cover refer to lessons which staff have selected as their preferred cover lessons.
