Where you are recording the results of internal tests, each test must be of a specific type. New types are created using the Test types form. You may need to get the System Manager to add this to your menu. Each type must be related to a curriculum subject equivalent. If the subject you require is not already in the Subjects table, click the Subjects button and add a new entry. 
Where you are recording say an English score, just select the subject. The name defaults to the same as the subject name. You can change the name if you wish or just leave it as it is. Where you are wanting to record say Reading Age, you may need to add this as a subject and you can do so by jumping directly to the Subjects form with the button at the base of the window. 2.
