Once you have created the score template on the TestResults form, a Score button appears alongside each test and you can move on to entering the scores for that element. You can enter a raw mark and a grade for each element. The raw mark does not need to be numeric. You are restricted to 5 characters for grades as later these will be dropped, together with a lot of other data, onto spreadsheets and we are looking to maximize the volume of information that can be seen on a single sheet. If you wish teachers to enter their own scores, as you probably will, they can do so directly from the Finder form. They simply choose the teaching groups using the Groups dropdown on the Academic criteria tab and then click the Pupil test scores button on the Testing and Tracking tab. The names are fixed but you can enter anything else as you see fit. You are restricted to 5 characters for grades as later these will be dropped, together with a lot of other data, onto spreadsheets and we are looking to maximize the volume of information that can be seen on a single sheet. Once the scores have been entered, close the form. You can return here at any time and change or update. 5. Exporting scores to a spreadsheet
