The Test Results form is used to generate the entry sheets for each test. Select all the types of tests to be included in the set. These will be selected from the Test Types you set up at the first stage. The title will be the one selected when you created the test type but you can override it. Then select the year groups that are to be tested. This can be a single year or several.

Finally click the Create pupil score template button. You will receive a warning message as once created, you can neither add test elements nor add years to be tested. The form will now look as it is shown here. A Scores button has appeared alongside each test and you can move on to entering the scores for that element by clicking this button.
