In order to add a new test you will need to have the TestHead form added to your menu using Forms and Reports.

Type the name of the new Test under Title on the first blank line. The date is pre-set but can be changed as you wish. Once you have a name and date, click the Detail button to move to the next form where the main work is done. If you wish to remove a set of test scores, click the Delete button next to the set you wish to remove.

Once all the results have been entered you can tick the Locked button. This will prevent staff modifying the results any further.
