Please note the term dates must exist before using the calendar

This table, accessed as a look-up table or from the Calendar Menu, contains the start and end dates of each term, both virtual and actual and the number of actual weeks in the term.

The virtual dates cover the whole of the calendar year which, for some purposes, consists of three four-month periods. The actual dates are those on which the term does in fact start and end.

The number of weeks is used in some calculations when creating charges.

When you put in a new set of term dates you should click the Add days button once for each term. This adds the days to the calendar table which is used for a variety of purposes. Once the days have been added, the Add days button changes to 'Added'. If you need to add days again or if they had in fact not been added, change either the start or end date to re-activate the button.
