Timetable and List Style

The Timetable button displays a copy of the pupil’s current timetable in the printed style used by your school. If a change is made to a pupil’s sets or option choices this needs to be updated by clicking the Pupil timetables button on the Timetable Menu. It makes sense for such changes to go through the Director of Studies who will have access to the Timetable Menu.
The List Style button displays the pupil’s timetable in tabular form, with a row for each lesson. This is the quickest way of finding where a pupil is during the school day. Any changes are reflected immediately on this form.
