There are several pages of information and you move between them by clicking on the tabs along the top of the window. A lot of additional functionality can be accessed using the buttons on the right of the window.

The Shadow tab shows the form, tutor and house planned for the pupil to move into in the next academic year. For pupils who will be leaving the school, the Shadow PType is set to Archive (PType means pupil type, and indicates the section of the school the pupil is in, e.g. juniors, pre-prep) and the other shadow fields are left blank. For pupils who are moving up the school, or are joining the school (prospectives) the shadow form, tutor etc can be set as soon as they are known, to start your school's planning for next year. At the end of the summer term, the Annual Rollover process will automatically update the current form etc. to the shadow data.
