There are several pages of information and you move between them by clicking on the tabs along the top of the window. A lot of additional functionality can be accessed using the buttons on the right of the window.

The information here may be miscellaneous but it is important. The Formal Surname is automatically set to be the same as the surname but some children (Chinese and Spanish in particular) tend to have one name for every day use and another formal name. There will be some occasions when the formal name is the one that is needed. Please check that it is right. The report name is the name that is to appear on reports whilst the Exam Name is what is to be used for all external examination purposes. As well as that which you see there are many other fields that can sit on this form such as Mother tongue, Ethnicity and others. The Country of Residence field is now separate from the Nationality field displayed on the General page.

Note that it is now possible to show more than one previous school. The one shown on the General page is the most recent.
