There are several pages of information and you move between them by clicking on the tabs along the top of the window. A lot of additional functionality can be accessed using the buttons on the right of the window.

Many pupils will be archived as part of the annual update process and this page can also be used to record in advance details of the leaver’s destination. The list of destinations can be edited by your Data Manager.

The Last Class, Last Tutor, Last House and Last Alt. House fields are filled in automatically as part of the Annual Rollover Process, and are stored as text, rather than a reference, so the data will remain correct as long as it is needed, even if the staff member has left or the form no longer exists.
