Assessment
On the reports you may want subjects to be displayed in a particular order and the order may be different for different types of report. For instance, on the reports for your GCSE classes you might want to use the order Maths, English, Languages, Science, Humanities, Others but on the Sixth Form reports you may want the subjects in alphabetical order.
You can achieve this by creating a number of Priority Sets. These are accessed via the Priorities button at the bottom of the Subjects form.

The default set has all the subjects in alphabetical order. To create a new set, click the Create new set button and then give the set a new name. You can remove subjects from the list and renumber the priorities as you wish. By default all subjects with the same priority will be listed alphabetically but if you wish you can add a sub-level to determine the order within that priority group.

If you already have a priority set created and want to create something similar but not exactly the same, you can save time by clicking the
Clone Me! button. This will create an exact copy of the list you have selected.

The subjects are always shown in the order they were created when you open the form, but if you want to see them in priority order, click on the sort button
. Similarly to display them alphabetically, click on any subject name and the click the sort button. You can also restrict the display to subjects with the same priority by clicking on a field containing the priority you want and then on the Filter by Selection button on the toolbar.
