Review pastoral reports can be used to view and edit all reports, whether or not you are the teacher of the group. From the main reports menu select Review Pastoral Reports and the report set you're interested in. This will take you to a screen asking if you want to find pupils by tutor or year group. Having decided, you can select a tutor group or year group and will then be shown a drop-down of the pupils in that group. Once a pupil is selected you will see the screen below, showing pastoral reports for that pupil in the selected report set. You can switch between pastoral, academic and additional report views or export the whole report to a PDF using the Export to PDF button at the top of the screen.
