If your school has set up the database to do this, it is possible to register during every teaching session, rather than just twice a day. To do this, select Group Registration from the staff main menu.

The screen above is what you will see if you select Group Registration from the staff main menu in SchoolBase Online. If you select 'My registers', you can then select the period of the day and mark the register.

Alternatively, if you need to cover someone else's class, choose the name of the teacher whose class you need to register, then the period of the day, as below.
