When you first open the online pupil finder it looks like the image above, with no pupils in the middle section. This is to minimise the amount of data that is downloaded unnecessarily, to get you started quicker. You need to start by selecting the pupils you are interested in using the selections on the left. These are the same selections that are available offline, but presented in an ‘accordion’ format. Click on the selection area you are interested in, e.g. school, and make the selection you want. You will then see the red message below to let you know you need to list the pupils to see your selection and continue.

Once you press List Pupils, the finder screen looks like this:

You can open a pupil record by pressing the Open button, and from there the records of the related adults.
