Additional reports work differently to other SchoolBase reports as you do not select the pupil from an existing list. Additional reports are used if non-curriculum reports are required, such as reports for extra curricular activities or peripatetic music lessons. Your name, as the teacher writing the additional report, comes up at the top left, then you need to select the pupil from a list of all pupils in the current report set, and give the report a title. There is a large box for your comment, and if any grades are permitted for use in additional reports they will show up on the left hand side. When you have completed the comment, press 'Save'. You can navigate through additional reports you have already written for this report set using the 'Previous' and 'Next' buttons, and create another report using the 'New' button.
