To open a pupil's record select the pupil in the online pupil finder and click the Open button.

The general tab of a pupil record, which opens by default, shows basic school information about the pupil much like the offline version. There are several other tabs to the pupil record, as described below:

The Contact tab allows you to see an adult record and create a new action, as well as showing you the existing actions (records of contact, e.g. letters and phone calls), email log and SMS log for the adult contacts of that child.

The External Exams tab shows you those external exam results (mainly GCSEs and A-levels) for the pupil, that have been published.

The extra curricular tab allows you to see the extra curricular activities the pupil has been doing.

The Rewards and Sanctions tab shows the rewards (green) and sanctions (red) given to the pupil. These are shown in chronological order, most recent first.

All these tabs have equivalent offline versions: Contact, External Exams, Extra Curricular, Rewards & Sanctions.
