From 'My examinations', if you select to view exam timetable, then press 'Select' to the left of the exam series you are interested in, you will see your exam timetable.

The timetable shows your name, UCI (unique candidate identifier), candidate number (4 digit number), the full name the exam boards know you by,and your form at the top.

For each exam paper you will be sitting, there is the code for the paper and its level (e.g. GCSE or A-level) on the left, then the name of the syllabus and the unit, then the date of the exam. AM or PM signifies whether the exam is in the morning or afternoon. Your school will tell you what time you need to arrive for morning and afternoon exam sessions. Time allowed is the length of the exam in minutes, eg 090 = 90 minutes = an hour and a half. The last column shows the exam board.

Navigation around the exams area and SchoolBase generally is done using the top area of the screen shown below.

The Home button takes you back to your main menu.

Logout takes you back to the login screen. Please use this when you are finished with SchoolBase

The help button links you to these help pages.

Back to Examinations will take you back to the examination area so you can look at results, entries or a different exam series.

You can navigate around the report using the grey row of buttons. If you have more than one page you can use the (next record) and (last record) buttons to move around the report. You can change the size using the dropdown that shows 100% (full size). If you are searching for a particular thing, e.g. your entry for Chemistry, type the text 'Chemistry' into the find box, press 'Find' and you should be taken to that entry.

allows you to save and view your exam timetable outside the SchoolBase website. Choose either Excel or PDF format, then press 'Export' and you will be asked whether you want to open or save the file. If you open the file it will open in either an Excel spreadsheet (you will need to have Microsoft Office Excel or a compatible spreadsheet program installed on your computer) or as a PDF (you will need to have Adobe Reader or similar PDF reader software installed). If you choose to save the file you will be prompted where you want to save it and will be able to open it in Excel or Adobe Reader (or compatible software) at a future date.
