Pressing the 'My Examinations' button in the main menu takes you to the screen above. There is a table showing each set of exams for which you have entries or results, and an option group allowing you to choose whether to look at exam entries, timetable or results.

To see your exam entries, first press the 'View exam entries' radio button, so that it is selected (has a green dot inside the circle), then press the 'Select' button to the left of the Exam series you are interested in.

The above screenshot shows the first few lines of exam entries for our example pupil. The first line will show your full name as used by the exam boards, the level of the exams you're taking (e.g. GCSE or A-Level), and your candidate number (2003 in Amber's case but yours could be any 4 digit number).

The next line shows the name you are usually known as, your UCI (unique candidate number) and UPN (unique pupil number - this may not be filled in, it is only a requirement in state schools). Then there is your school form, then a section for each of the teaching groups for which you have been entered for exams.

The month and year are for the exam series, and may not be exactly when your exam is held, e.g. every summer a lot of the June series exams are actually held in May. Look at your exam timetable for the exact date of your exams.

The next line shows the teaching group, the teacher's name and the exam board. Then you will see the code and title for each qualification and unit you are entered for.

Navigation around the exams area and SchoolBase generally is done using the top area of the screen shown below.

The Home button takes you back to your main menu.

Logout takes you back to the login screen. Please use this when you are finished with SchoolBase

The help button links you to these help pages.

Back to Examinations will take you back to the examination area so you can look at results, entries or a different exam series.

You can navigate around the report using the grey row of buttons. If you have more than one page you can use the (next record) and (last record) buttons to move around the report. You can change the size using the dropdown that shows 100% (full size). If you are searching for a particular thing, e.g. your entry for Chemistry, type the text 'Chemistry' into the find box, press 'Find' and you should be taken to that entry.

allows you to save and view your exam timetable outside the SchoolBase website. Choose either Excel or PDF format, then press 'Export' and you will be asked whether you want to open or save the file. If you open the file it will open in either an Excel spreadsheet (you will need to have Microsoft Office Excel or a compatible spreadsheet program installed on your computer) or as a PDF (you will need to have Adobe Reader or similar PDF reader software installed). If you choose to save the file you will be prompted where you want to save it and will be able to open it in Excel or Adobe Reader (or compatible software) at a future date.
