SchoolBase Online allows parents to choose their own appointments for parents evenings. Once the school has set a date for the parents evening and published it online, you can use this menu to select which teachers you wish to see and when.

If you have more than one child at the school, you can choose which child you are making appointments regarding in the top dropdown. Then choose the parents evening event by clicking the magnifying glass on the right.

Having clicked the magnifying glass, you will see a list of your child's teachers and the subjects they teach. You can then tick 'Appt Req'd' for those staff members you wish to see, and select the time slot you require from the 'Appt Time' dropdown. The dropdown is updated live to show you only those appointments where the teacher is free. In parents evenings published online in SchoolBase, appointments are allocated on a 'first come first served' basis.
