Selecting 'Reports' from the main menu you will be shown a list of all the reports available for all the children you have at the school. This will be shown with the newest reports first, and your eldest child in the dropdown by default. You can choose any other children you have at the school from the dropdown. This menu option allows you to see school reports in a standard SchoolBase format. Most schools prefer to use the 'Pupil Documents and Reports' option to publish reports to parents in their own formats.

 Press Select to the left of the report you wish to see.

You can scroll through the pages with the navigation buttons to see all the comments, grades and scores for your child.

You can export the report as either a spreadsheet (Excel) or PDF. You will need Adobe Reader to read PDF files, which is available as a free download if you do not already have it on your computer. Below are samples of the output you might see from the spreadsheet and PDF exports:

If you wish to view other reports you can hit the red 'Back' button at the top right to return to the report selection page, or you can hit the Home button to return to the SchoolBase main menu, or logout when you have finished with SchoolBase.
