When you choose Calendar from the main menu, the school calendar will open, as shown below.

The calendar should open with the current month's events displayed. You can navigate to other months using the previous and next buttons at the top left, next to 'today' button. You can choose a single week or day view as below, by pressing day or week at the top right.

Both Day and Week views have events with no times at the top, then events with times split through the hours of the day below. 

If you have no calendar events for the current month, you will see a message telling you there are no events. Click OK to close the message, then use the previous and next buttons to navigate to other months.

To print your calendar, or save it to look at away from SchoolBase Online, press Export Calendar at the bottom of the page. You can export to a PDF file or an Excel spreadsheet. You can go back to your main menu using the Home button. When you are finished in SchoolBase use the Logout button to log off.
