These function buttons have the same functions as their offline counterparts.

Address Map: a Google map will be displayed with pins for each of the addresses in the selection. The red pin will pinpoint the location of your school with the green pins highlighting the contact addresses.

Export Builder: creates a spreadsheet export of chosen pupil data.

New Registration Note: Adds a note to the register and, if published, the notice board.

Post data: adds certain categories of data to all the selected pupil records.

Register Report: creates a report of attendance for the selected pupils.

Timetables: Displays timetables for the selected pupils (available on the right-click for a single pupil at a time).

Post age at: for use with export builder, sets the 'age at' field to be exported to a certain date. E.g. if you have been asked to provide data about your pupils' ages as of 1st August 2011, type 01/08/11 here, press OK, then create an export including the 'Age set' or 'Age set decimal' fields to get this information out.
