Real Time Group Timetabling

Using this screen, a previously-created group consisting of individual pupils who need to have lessons scheduled, can be attached to a schedule created by specifying the teacher, the day of the week, the times they are available to teach, and the length of the lessons.

Clicking 'Populate Standard Group' will add the pupils previously attached to the group, and allocate them a lesson time.

If the groups has been set up as 'rotational' clicking'Shuffle' will move the time for each pupil on one slot.  Hoiwever, they can also be moved up and down manually using the green arrows.

Clicking the 'TT' button will display each child's school timetable so critical lessons can be avoided.

The register can be marked for the session.
