Having created subjects and associated them with teachers, groups can now be created which will eventually contain the pupils studying a particular subject at a particular level.

Clicking 'Create Group' enables you to associate the group with the appropriate pupils and teacher(s), and complete other information reagrding the scheduling of the individual lessons.

Each week that the lessons are to be scheduled, click 'Create week', and double-click on each group scheduled for that week to set the times required.

If a report is required for inclusion in the parental reporting process, the 'Report needed' box should be checked.

Pupils may be added individually or using a Tag Group.

Lessons can be created in fixed time positions each week, or 'rotated' so pupils do not miss the same timeetabled lesson each week.
