Matching data as part of the RS Import process.

Where data exists in RS that does not directly match the SchoolBase fields the data will be imported into, this form gives you the opportunity to match the data. All fields must be matched for the import to go ahead. If any data has not been matched you will get the following message when you get to step 5:

If you have fields that you cannot match, e.g. you may have a gender 'Unknown' in RS, where SchoolBase only has M and F, you can either arbitrarily choose one of the fields you do have (e.g. make your unknowns boys, because your school has more boys than girls), or you could add the required field into the SchoolBase Lookup table.
