This look up records the rooms that are available in the school. It is a basic requirement of timetabling and room booking.

To make a room unavailable for teaching/other uses, simply uncheck the Current column. This will also filter the room out from the room booking function.

To make a current room not available for booking, uncheck the Bookable column. As the room is no longer bookable it will not show in the room booking function.
