Pastoral reports are selected and entered in exactly the same way as for subject reports except that you choose My tutor reports or My house reports from your menu. In the box alongside the appropriate comment you should record your name by selecting it from the dropdown. As before the number of characters remaining is displayed at the bottom of the form. You can review (and, if you wish, enter or amend) the academic reports before you write the pastoral report by clicking on the Academic tab at the top of the form. If there are any additional reports these can be seen by clicking on the Add ons tab. The Print button at the bottom of the form permits you to print a copy of the whole report for your records. You can also access the Pupil record or see the pupil's Photo (in case you have forgotten what they look like!)
