System report name: StaffAbsenceTotals.rpt
General description: A list of staff absences sorted by categories. There is a second version of this report showing only totals for each member of staff and reason with no details (i.e. Date of Absence, periods covered)
Fields: Date range, Category, Reason, and for each member of staff listed: Full name (surname, first name), Date of Absence, periods covered, including a total of periods for each Reason. There is a second version of this report showing only totals for each member of staff and reason with no details (i.e. Date of Absence, periods covered)
Normally launched from: New timetable Menu | Covers | Reports | Absences (for a report showing only totals)/Absence Details (for a report containing details of each absence).
