System report name: RegSummaryByYear

General description: Attendance report for any given pupil covering the entire academic year.

Fields: Academic Year, Pupil's name (Surname, Full Name), Form, Year, followed by a list of all the weeks included in the academic year showing: Week commencing, Days of the week and a cell for each with the relevant attendance symbol.  It also displays an Analysis by reason table showing the totals for each reason in the current academic year including the actual /possible attendance and attendance percentage figures. There is a further attendance history section with attendance totals for previous academic years as well.

Normally launched from: Pupil Finder, Pupil record, Registration Summary.

Other locations: It can also be launched from the Pupil Finder | Functions & Group Lists | Register Reports and clicking on Reg Summary (for full academic year) but please be aware that this will send a page for each selected pupil directly to the printer with no preview.
