General description: Pupil list, more detailed than the Alphabetical pupil list, to be used from Finder for output from any desired search.

Fields: One line per pupil, showing surname, forename, house, form, year, school, DoB and tutor. Defaults to alphabetical sort but can be sorted using the order options on Finder.

Other locations: Pupil selections in Finder are very useful, so unlikely to be used elsewhere.

Special features: Very useful report for general purpose output from Finder searches. Can be sorted as required, use custom header to show what your list is about, and export to Work or Excel as required.
