System Report Name: PEvParentEmail

General description: Email version of parents' evening appointments list for parents.

Fields: Title, date, location and time of parents' evening. Pupil's full name and tutor, then one line for each appointment showing time, teacher's name, subject and room.

Normally launched from: Parents' Evening Menu (PEvMenu), Email parents button.

Other locations: This does work if set up from Finder, but it would show all parents evening appointments ever set up for the selected pupil(s), so not really recommended.
