General description: Finance report showing full detail of revenue analysis from selected invoice batch (and selected nominal code - optional, can show all)

Fields: For each nominal code gives code & description and a total of pupils and revenue. For each finance code within that gives code & description and a total of pupils and revenue. For each pupil detail line gives pupil full name surname, forename, and revenue for that child. Total revenue calculated at the footer of the report.
