System report name: ExamCardSN

General description: Card to go on candidate's table for an exam. Includes a photo so invigilators can ensure correct pupil is present.

Fields: Candidate number, full name, exam name, photo, UCI, date of birth, form and centre no. (Centre no. included for the candidates benefit as they often have to fill this in on their answer paper). Special needs note from one selected category. To use this set up a special needs category e.g. 'Exam Needs' then set the note for this category to be what you want displayed on the exam cards (e.g. 'Dictionary and 10% extra time')

Normally launched from:Exams Officers Menu, reports tab, select Examination Card. This launches the Exam Card form allowing you to select a year group or pupil and any special needs information.

Other locations: To access this outside of the Exams Officers menu, set up the ExamCard form on a main menu.
