Fields: pupil, adult name, date sent, brief details, staff mnemonic.

Normally launched from: Pupil Finder, completing the to/from dates in the adult tab to restrict to a specified date range.

Other locations: pupil selections in Finder are very useful so unlikely to be used elsewhere.
