Fields: One page per pupil, shows pupil information: Chosen name, forename, middle names, surname, date of birth, ethnic group, gender, date of entry, form, year, house, previous school, student mobile, religion, boarding status. Parent information name, relationship and email for father and/or mother, check boxes for primary, report needed, fee payer, allow circulation, residence and admissions, address and all phone numbers with description and contact order.

Other locations: Pupil selections in Finder are very useful, so unlikely to be used elsewhere.
