System report name: CheckSheet

General description: One of 5 very similar check sheets.

Fields: One page per pupil, shows pupil information: Chosen name, forename, middle names, surname, date of birth, ethnic group, form, year, house, previous school, student mobile, religion. Parent information name, relationship and email for father and/or mother, check boxes for primary, report needed, fee payer, allow circulation, custody and admissions, address and all phone numbers with description and contact order.

Normally launched from: Check Sheet button from a pupil record, and Finder general reports.

Other locations:Pupil selections in Finder are very useful, so unlikely to be used elsewhere.
