General description: Bus Register - 7 days

Fields: Register for bus scheme ordered by stops or alphabetically by pupil within a route. Grouped by route (or select one route to print) shows pupil names, stop, and tick boxes for a.m. and p.m. bus journey for each day of the week. Tick boxes will either be ticked to show which journeys a pupil is booked to attend, or blank to be ticked on the bus.

Normally launched from: Bus reports (BusRegister) form, Register button. (Note: 7 days must be set as the default on the bus menu for this report to be available).

Other locations: N/A options need to be selected in Bus Reports menu.

Note: If staff are associated with a route then these are also displayed - this functionality may be turned on in System Variables.
