Fields: Three column report showing pupils in alphabetical order. Three blocks of data about each pupil. Pupil data, Feeder school and Parent data. Pupil data includes Surname, forenames, Roll No, Gender, Boarding, DoB, date of joining school. Feeder school name and address. Parent contact data shows address names, address, postcode, email address and all phone numbers.

Normally launched from: Appropriate main menu, e.g. Registrar, Senior Staff

Other locations: Run straight from a menu for whole school, or add FromTo in Forms and Reports for date range.
