General Description: Admissions Register

Fields: Three column report showing pupils in alphabetical order. Blocks of data about each pupil: pupil-basic, pupil-school, sibling and parent data. Pupil basic data includes Surname, Forename, Roll No, Gender, Boarding, DoB, Date Joined School. Pupil School data includes Form Tutor, House, Feeder School Name and Address. Sibling Data includes sibling names and forms (the eldest is indicated with an asterisk). Parent data includes addressee, address, postcode and all phone numbers.

Normally launched from: Appropriate main menu e.g. Registrar, Senior Staff.

Other locations: Run straight from a menu for the whole school, or add FromTo in Forms and reports to select a date range.
