System report name: AbsenceCount

General description: Pupil Absence Count report. Counts selected absences (authorised, unauthorised or late) for selected pupils, for a selected date range.

Fields: Top of report shows date range, for each pupil with absences to report shows name and form, then for each absence shows date, day, am/pm, reason, and type (i.e. authorised, unauthorised or late)

Normally launched from: Register Report button in Finder. First use Finder to select the required pupil(s), then in the right hand side of Finder on the Functions tab select Register Report. This launches the RegClassicRep form which allows you to select the required time period and which categories of lates & absences you want to include. Once this is selected, press Detailed for this report.

Other locations: Do not try to launch elsewhere as this report needs a lot of information to give useful results.
