System report name: CheckSheet

General description: One of several very similar check sheets.

Fields: One page per pupil, shows pupil information: Chosen name, forename, middle names, surname, gender, date of entry, ethnic group, boarding status, form, year, house, previous school, date of birth, student mobile, religion, consent for pupil photo on internet. Parent information name, relationship and email for father and/or mother, check boxes for primary, report needed, fee payer, allow circulation, residence and admissions, address and all phone numbers with description and contact order.

Normally launched from: Check Sheet button from a pupil record, and Finder general reports.

Other locations:Pupil selections in Finder are very useful, so unlikely to be used elsewhere.
