The particular educational need is selected from a list which is accessible as a lookup form. This can be added to your personal SchoolBase® menu if required. You can then add a short note. The date of creation and the author are recorded automatically. Clicking the Docs button alongside the record allows you to link relevant documents. If you want these to be accessible to all staff they must be stored in an area which is accessible to them. To add a document, type a descriptor into the Document link box and then click the button. Navigate to the required document and then click OK.

Clicking on the All SEN docs button at the bottom of the Special Needs form opens links to all SEN documents for this pupil but does not allow more to be added.
