This look up has a category and an associated feature. Categories could be General, Sporting, Musical etc with the features being more specific e.g. 1^st Rugby 15, 2^nd Rugby 15 – the choice is yours. This drop down is available from the lower section of the Pupil record | General tab, and the lower section of the Prospective Pupil record | General tab.

You will notice that the look up includes the facility to mark both the category and the associated feature entries as Archived. Entries marked as Archived will not appear in any drop downs.
