This form opens when you click the Curriculum button on a pupil record.

It enables you to see all the teaching groups that a pupil is in for the current academic year and you can use the arrow buttons at the bottom of the curriculum area to see previous years.

The buttons immediately to the left of Change group allows you to see all the other pupils in any of the teaching groups to which this pupil belongs.

If you click on one of the Change group buttons a box labelled Select group appears at the bottom of the form. A list of the possible groups in that option block drops down from it (see illustration). Selecting one of these changes the option.

If a pupil joins the school part way through the year clicking the Standard Curriculum button will create an entry for that pupil in each of the option blocks. You can then use the Change group buttons to amend these as necessary.

If for some reason the pupil does not have entry for each of the curriculum strands, you can click the Missing curriculum button to add these and then amend as necessary.

Clicking Refresh ensures that you are looking at the most up-to-date data.
